Great value for the price. The motel is ideally located close to downtown and the freeway, making it convenient for exploring the area. Despite the initial impression of the neighborhood, it was surprisingly quiet. The rooms, although small, were relatively clean and had a fridge. Communication with the owners, despite the language barrier, was not an issue.

Its a nice place to stay, we stayed in and watch Thursday night football on the LCD TV's, comfortable beds, bathrooms were clean, I say your getting comfort-ability over all for the price.

The motel offered a TV, mini fridge, and microwave, which were convenient amenities. The location of the motel was also key, as it was close to various attractions and activities in the area. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the motel and the fact that it was generally quiet during my stay.

My new year experience at the motel was not enjoyable. The room I was initially shown was small, not clean, and had dim lighting.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was cute, had marvellous location in a sketchy neighborhood. Really enjoyed our exceptionally clean and updated rooms with fridge and microwave and the staff were pleasant. Location: the property was very close to Los Angeles, the waterfront, and Long Beach and Los Angeles. Also, Pine Avenue was 2 miles away from the venue...

Everything was great, magnificent location short walk to a Boulevard, a shop, and places to get good food, exceptional staff. I stayed in the room that was updated and clean and available with fridge and microwave.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was remarkable, with the paint and bedspreads being very pretty. The staff was friendly and the manager was particularly patient with guests. The location in Long Beach was convenient, as we were able to walk to a few little food outlets. Additionally, the hotel had amenities such as a TV, mini fridge, and microwave.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The air conditioner not working well! was very loud - room not very clean - bathroom - not good supply of soap to wash oneself etc.. clerk not very knowledgeable about the area in order to get items =

Owner bm and his family have been doing this for decades; with five motels they know the business well and how to take care of things. I stayed at the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas and found this actually is better - one reason - they have a good sized refrigerator! Also a hardwood floor instead of carpet which means it is more sanitary and many 24 hour reasonably priced eating places in very short distance.

I really enjoyed the room with fridge and microwave. The food was good with a wide range of alternatives.
